Then complete the booking form online, remembering to pay your balance eight weeks before your holiday start date.

When you hire a caravan with us, you can rest assured you are in good hands. When we receive your booking and booking form, it all goes onto the system; you can relax knowing your holiday is secured.

About a week before your holiday start date, you will receive a booking confirmation from us with your Butlins reference to collect your welcome pack and keys. We will send you some helpful information like sat nav details etc.

Your welcome pack and keys will be ready for your arrival time. We will send you an email to ensure everything is okay and you are happy with the caravan you have hired.

That’s it, unpack, unwind and start making memories knowing we are here if needed.

When your holiday ends, you pack up, have a tidy round leaving by 10 am, returning the keys to the white box at the exit barrier.

After departure, the caravan will be cleaned and checked over. As long as it is left reasonably clean with no damage found. You can expect your bond back within around seven days.
